Shelley Hodge, assistant manager of the Canandaigua National Bank on Empire Blvd in Penfield has been elected president of the Penfield Chamber. She succeeds Gordon L. Griffin.

Lauren Cauley is a recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music where she earned both her BM and MM in Violin Performance. While at Eastman, she served as teaching assistant to Professor Charles Castleman. Lauren enjoys a diverse career as a soloist, chamber musician, and small ensemble collaborator.
Allison Rich is also a recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music, earning a BM in Cello Performance from the studio of Steven Doane. While at Eastman, Allison was awarded the Peter Salaff Prize in Chamber Music, and enjoyed playing in multiple chamber music settings. Lauren and Allison have collaborated for many years and enjoy playing chamber music together.

George Cook, Former Ford & Xerox Executive and current Executive Professor of Business Administration at the Simon School of Business at University of Rochester will be speaking at a Lunch & Learn, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the Penfield Country Club.
Mr. Cook was employed by the Ford Division of the Ford Motor Company for 10 years in various marketing and management assignments both in the operations side of the business and in the Headquarters Marketing Staff.
He recently retired from the Xerox Corporation after 30 years of service in numerous sales, marketing and customer service assignments including: district manager, division manager, industry marketing, general manager, customer services marketing, division manager of national account service and marketing manager, TeleBusiness.
He has served as a president of the Rochester, N.Y., chapter of the American Marketing Association and serves on the new business books review board of the Journal of Consumer Marketing. Cook has recently completed a marketing case study on “JOLT, America’s Original Energy Drink!” that should be published soon. He has served as a member of the Business Advisory Council for the John Wiley School of Business at SUNY Geneseo. He was a member of the R.I.T. President’s Speakers Bureau and speaks on the subjects of quality, customer satisfaction, customer services marketing, affinity marketing and telebusiness.
