The Penfield Chamber of Commerce Annual Holiday Party will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Penfield Country Club. Live music will be performed by a violin and cello duo. Allison Rich (cello) and Lauren Cauley (violin) are our featured musicians.
Lauren Cauley is a recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music where she earned both her BM and MM in Violin Performance. While at Eastman, she served as teaching assistant to Professor Charles Castleman. Lauren enjoys a diverse career as a soloist, chamber musician, and small ensemble collaborator.
Allison Rich is also a recent graduate of the Eastman School of Music, earning a BM in Cello Performance from the studio of Steven Doane. While at Eastman, Allison was awarded the Peter Salaff Prize in Chamber Music, and enjoyed playing in multiple chamber music settings. Lauren and Allison have collaborated for many years and enjoy playing chamber music together.
